The main advantage is that the grid line of laser transfer printing is thinner, so the slurry is saved more, and low-temperature silver slurry is also applicable; Laser transfer printing is non-contact printing, which can avoid problems such as cracks, fragments, pollution, scratches, etc. that exist in extrusion printing; At the same time, the future trend of silicon wafer thinning will bring more hidden crack problems. Laser transfer printing, due to non-contact printing, can effectively solve this problem. This technology can be applied in battery processes such as PERC, TOPCON, HJT, IBC, etc.
